Before getting pregnant I kept track of my weight every single morning. It really kept my exercise and eating on track. Those little losses on the scale made me feel great! I have continued to track my weight daily. I also decided to take my weekly average of my daily weight so I can see a pattern in my weight gain. Its supposed to be slow and steady, that is the healthiest way to gain weight during pregnancy. With my previous two pregnancies I gained almost nothing until about 20 weeks when I gained about twenty pounds in ONE month! Thats just not healthy for my heart and a lot of it was just fat. And then after my big 20-24 week weight gain I gained a few more pounds but it just wasnt ideal. So I have been tracking my weekly gains. Its looked like this:
weeks pregnant- 157.0lbs
weeks pregnant- 155.6 (I found out I was pregnant this week)
weeks pregnant- 156.0
weeks pregnant- 156.8
weeks pregnant- 157.4
weeks pregnant- 157.6
weeks pregnant- 159.1
weeks pregnant- 160.2
weeks pregnant- 160.2
weeks pregnant- 160.7
weeks pregnant- 161.3
weeks pregnant- 162.7
weeks pregnant- 162.3
