I am 9 weeks 2 days pregnant and weighed 157.4lbs this morning. Ive been having a lot of really bad indigestion along with the nausea. Its very uncomfortable and Im not sure how exactly a person can have indigestion after only eating some toast but everything seems to upset my stomach. Ice cold Root beer seems to help it temporarily so Ive been drinking it a lot. Not the most healthy substance but its the only thing that seems to help. Ive tried antacids and they don’t help at all. I am trying very hard to eat well and eat healthy. I worked very hard eating right and working out before I got pregnant to drop my weight into the healthy range but all of these digestive issues is making it very hard to keep it up! I really want to keep my weight gain to a healthy amount. I don’t want to gain a bunch of fat which will only make my heart have to work harder than it already has to pumping an increased blood volume through this pregnancy!
